The Confirmit channel enables the creation of personalised survey links for inclusion in a BlueVenn email creative, combining BlueVenn audience data with survey data to optimise marketing insights and increase campaign efficiency.
In addition, Confirmit will collect the following high level response information:
- Survey Completed.
- Net Promoter Score.
- Customer Satisfaction Score.
Add Confirmit to a Campaign

Insert an integration step into the campaign that will utilise Confirmit. Typically, the Confirmit integration step is placed immediately before a communication step.

Within the integration step, select Confirmit for the Integration Channel and set the type of survey to be used for the communication.
Note: The field list must contain all the personalisation information required for the survey.

With the integration step linked to the communication step, the Confirmit channel is ready for use in a BlueVenn email creative.
